Bad muffler leads to traffic stop, drug bust
A faulty muffler led to the arrest of a wanted man on drug counts Tuesday.
Wilmington police say officers pulled over a Honda Accord with a bad muffler around 1:15 Tuesday afternoon and found that the driver, Jonathan Ellis, was a fugitive.
Ellis also had 20 grams of pot, bags for packaging the pot, drug paraphernalia and 60 Dilaudid pills.
Ellis was also driving with a suspended license.
