Used car information bill motors to House after Senate passage
Services like Carfax that give consumers used car information would be able to tap into state accident data to give used car buyers more information, under the terms of a bill passed by the state Senate Tuesday.
Majority Whip Margaret Rose Henry of Wilmington says that's information consumers need.

The accident data can't include names of anyone involved in a crash.
The measure passed 20 to nothing, and now heads to the House.
