City officers make heroin bust
A man and woman are under arrest, and almost 12 hundred dollars' worth of heroin is off the streets after Wilmington police officers investigated reports of illegal drug sales in the Riverside Housing Neighborhood.
Officers searching a house in the 26 hundred block of Claymont Street around 7 Thursday night found 11 hundred 72 bags of heroin--about 23 and a half grams--and charged Miesha Hines and Kevin Roane with heroin trafficking.
