Widener Law student charged in child sex case
A Widener University law student is in legal trouble for allegedly soliciting sex from someone he thought was an underage girl.
The state Attorney General's office says Christopher Ginelli thought a member of the state's Child Predator Task Force was a 13-year-old girl when he made arrangements online to meet and have sex.
A search of the third-year law student's dorm room at Widener turned up a laptop and other digital media.
Ginelli's out on bail, charged with 4 counts of sexual solicitation of a child.
