Gov. hails "Buyers Beware" program in weekly remarks

| Governor Jack Markell (D) | Governor Markell says a program enacted this week is aimed at stopping underage would-be drinkers from getting booze.
In his weekly address, broadcast on WDEL, Markell said prom and graduation season points up the importance of a program like "Buyers Beware".

Under the "Buyers Beware" program, any adult caught buying alcoholic beverages for someone underage could get up to 30 days in jail and be fined up to 500 dollars.
