Kevin David's walk-off home run gave the Blue Rocks a 6-5 come from behind win over Myrtle Beach.

The catcher's blast was the first walk-off home run for the Blue Rocks since current Kansas City Royal Eric Hosmer went deep in the 2009 Northern Division Championship Series

After the Rocks took a 1-0 lead at the bottom of the 3rd on a sacrifice fly by Whit Merrifield, Myrtle Beach responded in the 4th with a solo home run by Jared Hoying and a 3-run home run by Josh Richmond.

Trailing 5-1 in the bottom of the 7th, the Rocks answered with a pair of RBI singles by Roman Hernandez and David, making it a 5-3 game.

With the same score in the bottom of the 9th, Juan Graterol hit an RBI double to make it a 5-4 game, which preceded David's home run.

Reliever Cole White earned his second win of the season after pitching 3 scoreless innings and striking out 4.

The Rocks and Myrtle Beach continue the series Saturday at 6:05.
