City of Wilmington offices closed Monday
City of Wilmington offices will be closed for Memorial Day this Monday, and the recyclables collection schedule will be modified.
Recyclables won't be picked up Monday--instead, they'll be collected Tuesday at homes east of I-95 and Wednesday at homes west of 95.
