St. Mark's takes on Milford for state baseball title
By Don Voltz

Two high schools with completely opposite histories of success meet tonight at Frawley Stadium for the state baseball title

Second-seed St. Mark's is playing in the championship game for the 17th time, all since 1985, and is looking for its 12th state championship.

The Spartans will face Milford, the 13th-seed, playing in its 13th state tournament but first title game.

The Buccaneers have won just two games in their previous 12 appearances.

Tonight's DIAA state title game starts at 7pm at Frawley Stadium.
