Wilmington phone system is having problems

If you're trying to reach Wilmington city offices by phone today, you might be having some problems.
The city's phone system has been dropping calls in the middle of conversations and a glitch in the voicemail system has developed where employees aren't being notified they have messages.
So far, they haven't been able to determine what's causing the problems.
The city of Wilmington is seeking a new service provider because of the current problems.
