Shooting suspect turns self in
An 18-year-old New Castle resident is behind bars, charged with shooting a 19-year-old New Castle resident last week.
County Police say Charles Henry turned himself in Monday to face charges of assault, possession of a firearm during a felony and reckless endangering in connection with the shooting, which happened near Moores Lane.
Henry's being held at the Howard Young Prison, and is under orders to avoid contact with the victim.
