O'Donnell wins suit against former campaign lawyer

| Christine O'Donnell, her lawyer, and parents. | A New Castle County judge has ruled against a Virginia lawyer who said former Delaware Republican Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell owed him more than $20,000 for work on her Senate campaigns.
The judge ruled Tuesday that O'Donnell owed no financial obligations to Jonathan Moseley.
Moseley claimed he was owed more than $3,200 in wages and more than $1,800 in expenses from 2008, and $15,000 for his work following O'Donnell's failed 2010 campaign.
But the judge said Moseley had agreed not to be paid for his 2008 work if that campaign didn't raise enough money and that O'Donnell satisfied the 2008 expense obligations with a partial payment of $700 to which Moseley agreed.
The judge also said Moseley failed to prove that O'Donnell breached a contract relating to the 2010 campaign.
