Markell hails Boys' and Girls' State participants in weekly speech

| Governor Jack Markell (D) | Governor Markell has kind words for the high school students who take part in the annual Boys' and Girls' State program at Legislative Hall.
In his weekly address, broadcast on WDEL, Markell said when Boys' and Girls' State is over, the students will have time to reflect, just like General Assembly members at the end of the legislative session.

Markell said the students' enthusiasm and optimism are qualities he and the General Assembly can learn from.
