Troopers seek Seaford sex offender

State Police are looking for a convicted sex offender who didn't re-register with them after changing his address.
Police say Roger Price of Seaford didn't re-register within 3 days, violating state law.
Price is white, 50 years old, 6 feet tall and 210 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He may be driving a gray 1994 Toyota Camry with Delaware license number H-P-1-6-4-8-3, and could be in the Seaford or Dover areas.
