Website set up to boost Ruiz' All-Star bid

Carlos Ruiz may be having a great first half of the 2012 season but many people apparently don't realize it.
The Phillies catcher is currently 3rd in the voting for the 2012 All-Star game, trailing San Francisco's Buster Posey and the Cardinals Yadier Molina.
So a Delaware resident, Brad Engle, is trying to do something to rectify the slight.
Engle has started a website, votechooch.com, that helps people vote for the Phillies fan favorite.
