Mayor "concerned and saddened" by violence

| Wilmington Mayor Jim Baker (D) | Mayor Baker Friday issued a statement saying he's "concerned and saddened" by the recent outbreak of violence in Wilmington.
Baker said he knows City Council members share his concerns, and he looks forward to working with them to commit all available resources to stem the criminal tide.
