Newark police are investigating the gunpoint robbery of a woman outside an Elkton Road Donut shop.
Police say 2 men confronted the victim after she got into her car outside Dunkin' Donuts at 1172 Elkton Road around 3:45 Tuesday morning.
One suspect pointed a gun at the victim and demanded her purse.
The victim gave up the handbag, and the robbers ran off toward McIntyre Drive.
They're described as black, wearing dakr hoodies with the hoods pulled over their faces, one suspect wearing light-colored blue jeans and white sneakers and the other, dark pants and white sneakers.
Anyone with information can call Newark detectives or Crimestoppers.
