Wilmington man busted for bank heist
A Wilmington man is charged with holding up a Bear-area bank a week ago.
State Police say Christopher Starrett turned himself in at Troop 2 Tuesday to face a first-degree robbery count in connection with last Thursday's robbery at he TD Bank branch in the 1 thousand block of Songsmith Drive.
Starrett's behind bars after failing to post bail.
