Local pundit weighs in on Wilmington gun violence

A longtime observer of politics in Delaware says he's not surprised by the current level of violence in Wilmington.

Rich Heffron with the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce tells WDEL News in 1992, when he was a member of the Frawley administration, Wilmington's then-police chief issued a report saying gun violence would become a problem.

Heffron says since gun violence is now a "serious problem", Mayor Baker should speak up, and city police should crack down.
