High school teacher arrested on child sex abuse charges

Dover police say a teacher at Caesar Rodney high school faces 40 counts of sexual abuse of a child by a person in authority.
Police say 29-year-old Andrew Chrzanowski of Dover was arrested Thursday afternoon after their investigation revealed an ongoing sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.
He also faces a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child. Bail information has not been released.
