A Pennsylvania man went to the well too often as he was arrested for burglarizing a North Wilmington church three times in the past 8 days.

Police say they received an alarm from the Church of the Holy Child on Naamans Road around 6:15 Tuesday morning for a break-in.

Someone had pried open the doors of the church and stolen money from a number of collection boxes.

But the suspect had been captured on surveillance tape and police found 52-year old Michael McGowan of Pottstown, Pennsylvania walking along Concord Pike about a mile from the church.

McGowan is also suspected in burglaries at the same church on June 25th and July 2nd.

He's being held on $7500 bail.
