Prison guard charged with having sex with inmate
A downstate prison guard is behind bars himself, charged with having sex with an inmate on the job.
State Police say Daniel Mann befriended a 22-year-old female inmate at the Sussex Correctional Institute in March, shortly after the inmate entered the work-release program, where Mann worked.
Mann allegedly had sex with the prisoner three times at the work-release housing facility.
He's now locked up in the men's section of the same prison.
