Record hot weather to continue through Saturday

It's been very hot the last several days, and AccuWeather says it's going to stay that way through the first part of this weekend.
Meteorologist Doctor Joe Sobel tells WDEL News Saturday's forecast high is 102 degrees--1 degree below the record of 103 set in 2010, but relief is in sight.

An excessive heat warning is in effect for the area through 8 PM Saturday.
