Clayton man sought in connection with July 4th sex assault

State Police are looking for a Clayton man in connection with a July 4th sexual assault.

Police say Paul Winters the Third physically and sexually attacked a woman on Independence Day, and is charged with rape, assault, unlawful imprisonment, offensive touching and criminal mischief.

Winters may be in the Wilmington area, you can see his picture at wdel.com, and police are asking anyone who knows where Winters is to call Troop 3 or Crimestoppers.
