Troopers seek 2 sex offenders for not re-registering
State Police say 2 convicted sex offenders have violated state law by not updating their addresses, and authorities want to know where they are.
Police say King Ramos of Smyrna is a Tier 3, or high-risk offender, and Calvin Harris of Dover is a Tier 2, or medium-risk offender.
Anyone who knows where Ramos or Harris is can call 9-1-1, State Police, Crimestoppers, or go to tipsubmit.com.
