An IMAX theater on Wilmington's Riverfront could be in jeopardy.

The Riverfront Development Corporation has been slapped with a lawsuit from Norfolk Southern Railway.

Norfolk Southern claims the RDC's plans to build the 20-million-dollar Penn Cinema is trespassing on their property.

The suit comes on the same day the Riverfront Development Corporation held a groundbreaking for the 37-million-dollar Westin Hotel also being constructed on the Riverfront.
