Carper disappointed in House delay in passing USPS reform bill
Senator Carper says he's disappointed that the House of Representatives hasn't passed its version of a bill designed to save the US Postal Service.
The Democrat tells WDEL News after the Senate version was passed in April, California Republican Congressman Darrell Issa told him the House would pass the measure May 15th.

Carper says the Senate bill contains provisions which, if implemented, would make it possible for the Postal Service to stop losing money and break even in about 3 years.
