Shopper robbed by two masked men
Delaware State Police are investigating the robbery of a shopper in a New Castle shopping center parking lot.
At about 9:30 Saturday night, a 35-year-old woman who had just left the Dollar Store was confronted by two men wearing masks.
One of them had a handgun. They demanded and received cash from the victim, who was not injured in the hold-up.
The suspects were last seen fleeing on foot toward East Basin Road near the Penn Mart Shopping Center.
The woman estimated that they were between 20 and 30 years old, weighing between 170 and 190 pounds, with average builds.
Each of them wore a white face mask.
