Ground broken for new museum for kids

The big volcano is gone, and soon the new Delaware Children's Museum will open on Wilmington's riverfront.

Kids from Kuumba Academy helped break ground for the new $11 million museum. Museum
President Lisa Lessner says there will be a lot to see and do.
The 37-thousand square foot museum is being constructed in the former Kahunaville
nightclub building. Opening date is April 24, 2010. The museum will be the first and only
children's museum in the state.
