Man charged with threatening to "shoot up" workplace
By Frank Gerace

A Wilmington man is facing terroristic threatening charges for allegedly saying he'd "shoot up" his place of employment.

County Police say Brandon Miller threatened to return with an AK-47 assault rifle after he was reprimanded by his bosses at Discover Card in New Castle for threatening another worker Wednesday.

Miller was ordered not to come back onto Discover Card's property without permission from the company, but employees saw him there Thursday morning and called the cops.

Officers found a BB gun in the trunk of Miller's car, and about 4 and a half grams of pot in his house.

Miller's out on bail, and under orders not to go back to Discover Card, or to contact them.
