AG's office: Man arrested for sending explicit photos of infants, toddlers

A Virginia man is arrested on child pornography charges in Delaware.
The state's Child Predator Task Force says 30-year-old Sean Smith has been extradited to Delaware and charged with nearly two dozen counts of dealing in child porn.
An undercover detective says Smith sent him at least 20 explicit images of infants and toddlers through an online chat room.
Smith is being held at the Vaughn Correctional Center on one-million-dollars bail.
