Woman seriously hurt in motorcycle accident
Police are investigating a motorcycle accident on Upper Pike Creek Road that left a woman hospitalized in serious condition.
New Castle County paramedics say the 59-year-old driver was thrown from her motorcycle, which left the roadway Sunday afternoon.
The woman was admitted at Christiana Hospital for treatment of multiple injuries.
