Have some old electronics you want to get rid of but don't know where to take them?

Put Saturday, August 25th on your calendar.

From 8am-2pm, Delaware residents can drop off old radios, TV's, computers, printers, fax machines and other electronic items at the New Castle County Government Center on Reads Way in New Castle.

You can also bring up to two boxes of paper for shredding free of charge.

The event, run by the Delaware Solid Waste Authority and New Castle County, will go on rain or shine.
