Victim punched, robbed at gunpoint in Canby Park Shopping Center

The victim had nothing in his pockets, but that didn't stop two men from trying to rob him.
It happened Thursday night at the Canby Park Shopping Center on Maryland Avenue.
State Police say the man was walking behind the shopping center, when two men, using scarves to hide their face, jumped him with a gun. The victim tells police he was punched in the face as the men ransacked his pockets--only to find nothing.
They fled on foot.
