Delaware football coach K.C. Keeler thinks sophomore defensive end Laith Wallschleger can be an All-American before his time at Delaware is over.

Keeler knows the Alexandria, Virginia native isn't there yet but he likes his intensity and ability to get to the quarterback.

Wallschleger had 3 tackles against Del State last week and blocked a field goal attempt by the Hornets that Keeler says was an early turning point in the game.

Wallschleger was a first team All-State selection at both defensive end and tight end in Virginia and is expected to be a key player in the defensive line rotation for the Blue Hens this year.
