Two teens arrested for attempted robbery outside St. Anthony's club
By Frank Gerace

Wilmington police have arrested two 15-year-old boys in connection with a robbery attempt outside the Saint Anthony's Social Club.

Police say the teens, one of whom had a gun, approached the victim from behind and tried to rob him as he was leaving the club on Howland Street on the night of September 27th.

The victim went back into the club as the armed suspect was hitting him with the gun.

The suspects took off empty-handed, and after an investigation, police arrested them Wednesday.

Both are being held at the Camelot Detention Center in lieu of bail.
