Troopers seek 2 Dover sex offenders

State Police are looking for 2 convicted sex offenders who violated state law by not re-registering with them.
Police say 21-year-old Jimmy Barlow and 53-year-old Carlton Smith of Dover are Tier 2, or moderate-risk offenders.
Both men are black, Barlow is 5-9 and 165 pounds, and Smith, 5-8 and 195.
Anyone who knows where Barlow and Smith are can call 9-1-1, State Police or Crimestoppers.
