Kirk says it's among Delaware's biggest jackpots.

"Two of them have been larger than $50 million. Our largest Delaware Powerball winner was in 2004. It was for almost $117 million. And the next largest was as far back as 1997. That was $53 million," Kirk tells WDEL.

The winning ticket was sold at Cutrona's Liquors at 4623 North Market Street, just outside the city.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Powerball are in the neighborhood of 1 in $175 million.
