Bank of America is asking the state for up to $10 million in taxpayer money for infrastructure needs related to a processing center project in New Castle County.

The request for public money is one of several to be heard Thursday by the state Infrastructure Investment Committee.

The panel also will consider a request for $4.1 million for the New Castle Town Center project, and $1.8 million for infrastructure related to the Southbridge Educational and Recreational Facility in Wilmington.

The Newark Charter School is asking for $391,000 for its junior-senior high school connector road.
