Delaware senior safety Ricky Tunstall is aware that his Delaware Blue Hens are trying to steady a listing ship in the team's off week.

Delaware is coming off back-to-back losses in which they have been outscored 60-10 in the last 6 quarters...losing 34-14 at New Hampshire two weeks ago and 26-3 last weekend at home against Maine.

Tunstall is 5th on the team in tackles with 29 in 6 games and also has a pass interception, which he returned 91 yards for a touchdown against Delaware State in the second week of the season.

Tunstall also has a sack, three pass breakups, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

The Glassboro High School graduate was a teammate of fellow Blue Hen safety Tim Breaker and both enjoy the competition between the two that has been going on since they were 5 years old.

Like many of the Blue Hens, Tunstall is happy for the week off to take care of some nagging injuries.

And he feels Delaware can still be a playoff team, in spite of back-to-back losses.
