Beebe Medical Center has reached a $123 million dollar-plus proposed settlement of a lawsuit brought by families of convicted pedophile Earl Bradley's victims.

Michael Mustokoff with Philadelphia law firm Duane Morris, which represented Beebe, tells WDEL News the settlement won't leave his client in a financial bind.

He says, "Some questions have been raised about the financial viability of Beebe, and we can assure the community that should the Court pass on the fairness of this settlement, arrived at by class counsel and the Medical Center, then the financial health of the hospital will not be compromised in any way."

Other than that, Mustokoff says he can't talk about the settlement, which is subject to a November 13th fairness hearing in Chancery Court.

The proposed agreement calls for classifying Bradley's victims in five categories, based on the type of harm they suffered and their need for continued treatment.
