Delaware is feeling the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
WDEL's Sean Greene was just outside of Ocean View and cleared out because the water at high tide was approaching the townhouse he was camped out in. Water there has risen above the docks and some boats have run aground. He estimates the water level rose about two feet in just an hour.
Sean also says he's seen extensive back bay flooding. Several sections of Bethany Beach are already under water....although the boardwalk is in pretty good shape, thanks to dunes that were built to protect it.
