Three nabbed for copper theft
A suspicious vehicle report leads to a Friday morning burglary apprehension.
County police caught two men in the act of stealing copper from a vacant building in the Red Clay Creek apartment complex.
James Norwalt and Christian Ferry, both from New Castle were charged with burglary and other offenses.
Sarah Nock, also of New Castle was charged as an accomplice.
