Woman IDed in fatal Churchmans Rd. crash
We now have the name of a woman killed in a single vehicle crash on Churchmans Road near New Castle over the weekend.
She is 28-year-old Toni Mays of Wilmington. Mays wasn't wearing her seatbelt, when she was crossed the center line of the roadway, near Iroquois Court, and veered off to the south side, striking a culvert and and ultimately a tree late Saturday night.
Mays died at the scene.
