BSD names new CFO
The Brandywine School District has a new Chief Financial Officer.
Scott Kessel, a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School and West Point who most recently worked as Education Associate for Charter School and School District Finance in Delaware's education department, replaces David Blowman, who was named the state's deputy Secretary of Education in September.
Kessel will be confirmed by the Brandywine School Board November 19th, and begin his new job 2 days later.
