Wilmington twins hoping to become Phillies Ballgirls

| WDEL's Mellany Armstrong has more. | The Phillies are scouting for some prospects in Wilmington -- twins who are hoping to become Phillies Ballgirls.

Kory and Kelly Nesci of Wilmington want Phillies fans to see double when the new team of ballgirls is selected.
"I definitely hope so, I mean, it would be so much fun, a twin thing, I think that's pretty cool. I think a lot of people would love that," Kory said.

Kelly says they did a lot to prepare.
"We hit ground balls to each other, we were fielding back and forth, throwing, catching fly balls, studying with our dad for the history test," she said.

Kory says she and Kelly are lifelong Phillies fans and she wants both of them to make the cut.
"We made our video together, and I told her, I was like, 'If I get this and you don't, I'm going to be really upset,' just because we worked so hard on this, and basically we've done everything together since we were little, Kory said.

The twins and the 38 other women trying out will find out by early December whether they'll be wearing the red pinstripes.
