Woman critically injured in Dover crash
State Police say a woman has been critically injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dover.
Troopers say that about 7pm Thursday, Jason Swafford of Magnolia was driving south on South State Street. Police say Swafford's pickup truck crossed into the northbound lane and struck a car driven by Lorri Buchman of, Dover head-on.
Officers say Buchman was taken to a local hospital, where she is in critical condition.
Troopers have charged Swafford, who was not hurt, with fourth offense driving under the influence and other offenses. He is being held on $9,00 bail.
