By Amy Cherry 5:26pm, November 15, 2012A routine security exercise at Dover Air Force Base leads to a lockdown and false reports of a shooter being on the base.
The 436th Airlift Wing was running their scheduled active shooter exercise Thursday when they say an unrelated series of events led them to believe a real shooter was on site.
