DHSS EBT cards are working again

That's the word from Elaine Archangelo, the Director of the Delaware Division of Social Services, after a problem with the Electronic Benefit Transfer or EBT cards that are distributed to more than 70,000 low-income households up and down the state.
"But it was very scary for awhile, and 2,4074 people tried to use their card, and their cards were denied because the system was not working at the market," explains Archangelo.

The multi-state problem was within hardware at J.P. Morgan.
