Pedestrian killed Monday identified

Delaware State Police have identified the victim of a car-pedestrian crash Monday night in Bear as 18-year old Taj Robinson of Bear.
Police say Robinson was wearing all dark clothing when he was hit by a car on U.S. 40
near Rickey Boulevard around 5:30pm Monday.
No charges have been filed against the driver...the investigation is continuing.
