Treasurer's office seeks investment banks to manage state portfolio

The state Treasurer's office has issued a request for proposals, or RFP, to investment banks looking to manage Delaware's $2 billion portfolio.
The RFP is open till December 17th to all banks meeting qualifications outlined in the document.
